Some events coming up in July!

FREE Pilates + Flow in the park, join us at 6:15am on Monday July 7 at Heritage park for a donation based combo Pilates and yoga class! All donations go directly to the teacher.

Starting July 10- a 6 week hip hop choreography workshop! Every Thursday at 7:30PM.

July 13- We have a circuit class featuring the Bellicon Rebounder!

July 20- We bring back Punch + Pilates for a beat based workout combo of Pilates and boxing!

July 27- Make a crystal light catcher with us and infuse it with Reiki energy!
