🍀 What’s done is done. No amount of regret can rewrite the past, and no amount of sadness can change what has already unfolded. Instead of carrying it as a burden, try to release it with compassion for yourself.

Let the past be your teacher, not your prison. Take the lessons it offers, then move forward with a clear heart—carrying wisdom with you instead of sorrow.

May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

Feeling stuck doesn't mean you're failing. It means you're learning, growing, and building strength you can't see yet.

Because growth isn't always loud. Sometimes it looks like rest. Sometimes it looks like a small step forward.

Be patient with yourself. 💙

🌅Good morning! As the sun rises to grace this new day, let us rise with it—renewed in spirit, anchored in hope, and ready to embrace peace in every heartbeat.

In the quiet of these early hours, we invite you to settle into the rhythm of your breath. May we be mindful of our thoughts, gentle with our words, and compassionate in our actions. Let us treat our own hearts with tender care, extending that same warmth to everyone we encounter today.

Remember, the peace we cultivate within ourselves is the greatest gift we can offer the world. It ripples outward, touching lives and healing hearts far beyond what we can see.

Today is going to be our peaceful day.
May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

ADHD is a perplexing, frustrating, and disruptive condition still too often questioned and misunderstood. We are smart, people say. We just need to try harder or stop procrastinating. If only it were that easy. Here’s the truth about why we can’t always do what is good for us.

🌅 Good Morning! A Peaceful Day Begins. May we practice mindfulness throughout the day—being mindful of our breath, our thoughts, our words, and our actions. In this awareness, we find the stillness of peace. In this presence, we discover the warmth of loving-kindness and compassion.

Every moment is a fresh opportunity to return to ourselves and be fully present. Each breath is a gentle reminder to come back home to the here and now.

We are all walking this path together. Let us walk mindfully through this day, supporting one another with every step we take toward peace. Today is going to be our peaceful day.

May you and all beings be well, happy and at peace. 🙏✨

My Expertise

While I enjoy working with Adults (18+) and Adolescents (12-17 years), my specialty is in helping children (ages 3-11 years) heal from the inside out through Child-Centered Play Therapy and Filial Family Therapy techniques. I help children (and their parents) navigate through the roughest of times through a natural, child-friendly (and parent-friendly) approach. Your child will "work" through emotional distress and problematic behaviors to reach their full potential at school, home, and within peer relationships! In addition to working with children, I also provide helpful parenting strategies to maximize the effects of the child's therapy. Specific areas of treatment include: Problematic Behaviors, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma/Losses, Difficulty Adjusting to Stressful Situations, and Life Transitions.
