Absolutely spot on!

Resilience is a super power that helps someone survive something incredibly painful. Without suffering, there is nothing to be resilient from.

Next time you're tempted to acknowledge someone for being resilient, proceed with compassion and reflect something like "you have been through so much and I'm here for you whenever you need support" ❤️

What are your thoughts?🤔

(In a training session, a doctor said "Just because your patients are resilient doesn't mean they aren't suffering." Resilience is often out of necessity, and doesn't mean someone is "okay."-)
