NAD+

I've received many inquiries about this product, and I am pleased to announce that we are now offering it to the public.

First things first, do NOT confuse this with our GLP-1 therapy. It is entirely different and not meant to replace GLP-1s in any way.

Provider Spotlight w/ Holly Endo.

I wanted to start the week off on a positive note by praising my wife’s progress thus far; it also gives me an opportunity to earn some much needed brownie points.

For those that don’t know, Holly is our Nurse Practitioner here at OHW. She started her fitness journey at the tail end of 2019 and has been dedicated to it ever since.

You’ll notice that despite being on GLP-1s for over 2 years, she does not suffer at all from muscle wasting or “sagginess” you hear about from the aggressive clinical approaches out there. I truly believe this is because she has taken a more conservative approach to the medication and has given herself ample time to make proper lifestyle changes (adequate sleep, hydration, protein intake, physical activity).

She’s not one to brag on herself, but I’m super proud of her! Feel free to share your success stories in the comments below. I’d love to read them!

P.S. Pic #3 is my favorite because you can see how annoyed she is when she catches me photographing her 🤣
