Ty is our station 2 nurse and loves her residents! She was nominated for EOM by several of her peers for always smiling and taking such good care of her residents.

Our first Ambassador Program class has officially come to a close, and we couldn’t be more proud of these amazing team members! Over the course of the program, they’ve embraced leadership, modeled exceptional care, and truly learned what it means to “Be the Good.” 💛

Each graduate has shown that you don’t need a title to make a difference—you lead by example, inspire those around you, and elevate the standard of care and conduct every day. Their dedication and growth have been inspiring, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact they’ll continue to have across our organization.

Happy National Thank A Mail Carrier Day! We surprise our mail carrier this morning with hand made signs and a basket full of treats. He was very surprised, happy and took signs with him. Our residents were so excited to give him all of the appreciation possible!

Tomorrow is National Thank A Mail Carrier Day. Today in arts and crafts we made these special posters for our mail carrier so we can surprise him in the morning. They did such a great job we hope our mail carrier knows how much we appreciate him!

We had a great time with our friend Carrie Herman with Harbor Hospice making these adorable wooden heart decorations for Valentine's! They got to paint them and decorate them however they wanted them. They all turned out so beautiful.

It has been raining hearts in Cleveland Health Care Center! We had great fun with our friends Christina, Velma, Dakota and our furfriend Ruth from Gentiva Hospice. We made a raining hearts craft to go along with the book they read to everyone, The Day It Rained Hearts, as Ruth gave the sweetest puppy love to everyone! What a great event! Thank you ladies for all you do for us.
