It’s my birthday today… and I have never felt more alive. ❤️✨

Another year around the sun and I’m sitting in deep gratitude. Grateful for the laughter. Grateful for the lessons. Grateful for the people who have loved me through every version of myself.

Today I feel joyful. I feel confident. I feel soft and strong at the same time. I feel like a woman who has lived, learned, and isn’t afraid to savor the sweetness of life, even if it means eating cake with my hands and getting frosting everywhere. 🎂😉

This year wasn’t just about growing older… it was about growing bolder. Choosing happiness on purpose. Protecting my peace. Saying yes to what lights me up and no to what dims my spirit.

I am proud of the life I’m creating. I am proud of the love I give. I am proud that I truly live, fully, presently, passionately.

Here’s to another year of magic, music, memories, and moments that take my breath away.

Feeling deeply grateful and a little emotional after being invited to participate in Girl Dinner at The Vault Cleveland at The 9 ✨

This year marks 11 years as The 9’s preferred massage therapist, and nights like this really make me pause and reflect on the journey. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats in this space, resident massage therapist, resident artist, and even gallery curator back when the gallery doors were open. To still be here, still creating, still connecting, and still being welcomed into rooms like this means more than I can put into words.

Girl Dinner was such a beautiful night, meeting new faces, sharing energy, helping people feel good in their bodies, and even selling a few prints of my artwork right here in a place that has been such a big part of my story. Full-circle moments hit different 💫

I loved every conversation, every massage, every exchange of warmth and curiosity. Thank you to everyone who showed up, trusted me with their bodies, supported my art, and made the night what it was. I’m so looking forward to returning soon.

As a massage therapist, I’ve noticed that sciatic nerve pain is incredibly common among my clients. Many people suffer from discomfort that radiates from the lower back down through the legs, often caused by compression or irritation of the sciatic nerve.
