Community DPC is proud to announce Brooke Davis FNP-BC has joined our Clinic/Research team!

Brooke is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in providing primary care and urgent care to the local Cleveland community. She earned her degree in Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Southern Adventist University in 2020, where she developed a deep passion for providing patient-centered, evidence-based care. She also has a deep passion for functional medicine, hormone optimization, IV nutrient therapy, and aesthetic wellness. With a foundation built on years of clinical nursing experience and advanced training, Brooke takes a personalized approach to health—treating the root causes of symptoms rather than just managing them.

Brooke’s work focuses on helping patients achieve optimal wellness by balancing hormones, restoring energy, and enhancing natural beauty from the inside out. She specializes in individualized care plans that incorporate optimal overall health management in primary care, hormone replacement therapy, targeted IV nutrition, and various aesthetic treatments.

She believes that vibrant health and confidence are possible at any stage of life. Whether supporting patients with adrenal fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, weight management, skin rejuvenation, or general wellness, She is committed to empowering each person to take charge of their health journey.

Brooke has been married to her husband CE Davis for 13 years. Her and her husband have two dogs, Maggie and Ellie. They love anything and everything Miami Hurricanes (GO CANES) but we also say GO VOLS too!
