Mrs. Nash is super excited today — and we are too! 💙
She came to Delta Rehab Center feeling unsure about what the future would hold, but she showed incredible strength, determination, and heart every single day.

Because of her hard work and persistence, she has officially graduated from our Rehab to Home Program and is now headed back home! 🏡✨

Our residents and staff had an absolute blast jumping into a hilarious game that involved shower caps, shaving cream, and Cheeto puffs — and the laughter was nonstop! 🤣✨

Today, we proudly celebrated the incredible men and women here at Delta who served our country with courage and dedication. Each Veteran received a personalized sign of appreciation, and the smiles say it all. 🇺🇸✨
