These classes are open to all new and expecting moms in our community. You do not need to be a current client of West Side Lactation to attend. My goal is simple: to educate, encourage, and remind you that support is always available.

If you’re supporting a fussy baby and feeling stressed an infant OT can be such a great next step.

You can reach out to Canvas Therapy and connect with Erika. As an OT who works with infants, she can assess things like:
• Oral motor function
• Tension or body tightness
• Sensory processing challenges
• Feeding coordination
• Regulation difficulties

Sometimes what looks like “just fussiness” is actually underlying tension, reflux discomfort, latch coordination issues, or sensory overwhelm and early OT support can make a big difference for both baby and mom.

Occupational therapy can support calmer, more comfortable days. Small, gentle adjustments can make a big difference for both babies and caregivers.

I had such an amazing time teaching my Understanding Breastfeeding class yesterday! We had 14 expecting moms show up with such thoughtful, engaging questions. It was such a great group.

My hope is that each one left feeling more confident, empowered, and truly ready to begin their breastfeeding journey. 🤍
