Well, long before Wellness became an “industry trend” there was Ayurveda! It is an ancient Indian tradition that means The Science of Life.

Ayurveda embodies all~natural , holistic healing modalities. It literally teaches us how to live in rhythm with nature, through the changing seasons, with our food, and our energy ✨

THIS IS NOT A ONE SIZE FITS ALL WAY TO WELLNESS!!!

Ayurveda doesn’t just tell you what to eat or what products to buy… it helps you understand who you are at your core by identifying your “Dosha”.

Discovering your dosha will identify which of the universal elements most resonates with your body (Fire, Air, Earth, Water or Ether). I personally carry a lot of Air & Ether! Once you know your dosha…you’ll begin to understand how you can bring healing to the forefront of your Mind, Body, and Soul ~ THIS IS THE TRUEST ESSENCE TO BECOMING WHOLE!!!

After making this video I found the study ♥️ Dr. Clara M. Davis, a pediatrician in Chicago, conducted an experiment where she offered young children (mostly orphans and infants) a variety of whole, unprocessed foods — no instructions, no encouragement, no restrictions. The children were allowed to choose freely what and how much they wanted to eat. Over time, the children naturally balanced their diets. They instinctively ate a wide range of nutrients ~ even making up for deficiencies without being told what to eat. For example, one child with “Rickets” (a vitamin D deficiency) gravitated toward Cod Liver oil on their own until their health improved, then stopped consuming it 🤯🤯🤯.
