Cinnamon is one of those warm, comforting spices that feels like a hug for your entire body, but especially your heart. Here are a few gentle sleep habits that can help you wake up refreshed and ready to pour into others:

1. 𝐔𝐧𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞. Turn off screens at least 30 minutes before bed. Let your mind drift away from the noise.

2. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐚 𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥. Sip a calming tea like valerian, lemon balm, or chamomile to invite deep rest.
