Hey everyone! I made a post yesterday about some changes going into effect and had a few questions about whether I’ll still be open.

Just to clear things up, the Haus will still be open during normal business hours, Wednesday through Sunday from 9–6pm. The only thing changing is the product I’ll have available in the store.

Hey guys! I wanted to make this post to bring everyone up to speed on some changes going into effect at the end of the month.

Due to new regulations, I will no longer be able to sell flower in the store. This isn’t my decision, but I will always do my best to stay compliant.

You’re still welcome to come by and purchase what I have in stock through March 31st.

Hey guys! I wanted to share this week’s blog with you all.

In it, I talk about three things that play a huge role in the body’s system. Weight, blood sugar, and inflammation. In the blog, I review what science has shown about metabolic balance and why supporting the body should never replace the fundamentals of health.

Everything in the body is connected. When blood sugar is off, inflammation can increase. When inflammation increases, it can affect metabolism, energy levels, and overall balance.

While the blog focuses on the science, I will say from personal experience that I’m living proof that when you focus on a healthy, balanced diet along with controlled consumption, it is possible to live a healthy lifestyle.
