Heart disease is personal for me.
After battling a serious cardiac conditions, I received lifesaving care and a successful proceedures at the Cleveland Clinic. My case was also used to help train future specialists and support research — something I’m proud to have been part of.
I’m deeply grateful to Dr Thomas Callahan and the team at Cleveland Clinic for the skill and care they provided.
Heart disease has also touched nearly every generation of my family, making this cause close to home in more ways than one.
I walk with Drake’s Ducks to honor those who came before me, to raise awareness, and to support research that gives others the same chance at healthy futures that I was given.
