Dr Paula Cain was born in Idar-Oberstein, Germany, where her father met her mother while serving in the army. In kindergarten her mother, father and twin sister moved to Cleveland, TN, in order for her parents to attend seminary. She attended Mayfield elementary, T.C. Bower (Blythe-Bower) Elementary, Cleveland Middle School, and began high school at Cleveland high school. Her family then moved to Iowa as they accepted a pastoral position there. In Dubuque, IA she completed high school upon graduating attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, IA to major in biology. Originally intending on becoming a Veterinarian, Dr Paula found chiropractic following her sophomore year of college. Having suffered migraines for years and finding no relief, a chiropractor attending a family gathering adjusted Dr Paula and the migraine she was having instantly went away. This life changing experience motivated her to change her major and become a chiropractor so she could help change lives like hers was changed. Upon graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, the opportunity to move back to Cleveland, TN arose. Establishing her practice she chose to name her practice Full Circle Chiropractic as her life has brought her full circle back to Cleveland. What you can expect at Full Circle Chiropractic, Dr Paula uses low force techniques, physical therapeutics, and muscle work to achieve patient goals of being pain free and be able to preform those daily activities that pain has hindered them from doing. Each patient care approach is different and Dr Paula bases your care off of how you are doing. No contracts or sales pitches, just getting you back to a quality of life worth living.
