Do you know one of the simplest ways to protect yourself and others from illness? Wash your hands! December 7-13 is National Handwashing Awareness Week, a reminder that clean hands stop germs from spreading. Wash before eating, after coughing or sneezing, and after using the bathroom. Clean hands can keep you and those around you healthier. So, in this season of giving, remember to wash your hands and share the gift of good health.
