Beautiful morning class at Atmananda 🥰 is great to have a welcome huge!!!

Stretching and hip opening 🧎‍♀️is an excellent class to start your yoga journey. A hip opening poses stretches the muscles around the hip joint and pelvis, including the buttocks, hamstrings, inner thighs, groin, and abdomen. These muscles are often tight from sitting at a desk all day, which can lead to lower back pain and other issues.

Weekend classes are Sat and Sun 10:30 am.

What Are the Benefits of Aerial Yoga?

1. Great for Back Sufferers
While everyone can benefit from aerial yoga classes, they’re especially great for people experiencing back pain. Because of the hammock’s support, far less pressure is placed upon your joints.

2. Helps with Breathing
Controlled breathing is an important aspect of yoga. While hanging in the air, you’ll be able to totally relax. Aerial yoga enables you to comfortably maintain every pose. Over time, you can even expect to improve your lung capacity.

3. Enhances Flexibility
Aerial yoga class will help you to safely stretch your muscles and tendons. Being suspended in the air gives you more space to move. This means you’ll be able to perform yoga poses that you can’t do on the floor.

Welcome back to school parents and kids!!!! As parents, having an optimal health and balance is crucial.

Monitoring the expenditure of life force energy, will be helpful and will set your appropriate boundaries.

The practice of yoga is here to support you and to support your kids in the process. Both, parents and kids need to be align. Understand how the body works with mind, body, spirit. Giving the attention and prioritize the use of your precious life force energy.

Classes are open to kids too, so they’re aligned with you. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 pm to 4:50 pm. Excellent teachers!!!

The practice of Yoga has scientifically proven to help balance strong emotions, have better friendships, and focus better in school. Kids will also learn various calming breath work activities and mindfulness activities.

Hip opening and stretching poses are great to improve circulation, flexibility and range of movement in the hips, legs and back. They are also beneficial for improving posture, strengthening balance, reducing stress, and promoting mental health and overall wellness.

Dr Wiedershine is a retired psychiatrist, shamanic healer, direct energy healer, and holistic intuitive. For over 20 years, Dr Wiedershine has been providing support for those seeking resolution to physical, mental, emotional, and energetic illnesses/problems. In addition, Dr. Wiedershine has practiced meditation and yoga for 50 years, 13 years of which were spent in 10 hours a day of deep practice.
