I have several food allergies, so I understand the challenges of eating out and how to be creative with food. I also have participated in two intense fitness competitions and know the changes that can be made by exercising and going to the gym consistently. I believe we have the power to heal our bodies with food and lifestyle, and I want to help you achieve and surpass your goals beyond what you believe is possible. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. Absolute last thing -
I notice whenever I am wearing any of pieces, especially ones that say I am love, it totally changes the way in which other people interact with me.
They naturally come from a more loving place.
I think it’s because they are reading I am love and they are receiving that reminder that THEY ARE LOVE.
There really is something to it - I know I’m not making it up LOL!

Right now you may feel called to connect more deeply with your soul.
One of the best ways to do this is to spend some time with yourself where you can tune in to your heart.
Developing a daily practice where you spend time with yourself may really benefit you right now.

If you chose the card on the right you received Mirror.
This is a good time to reflect and see what in your life is triggering you - this can be positive or negative.
Recognize what aspects of other people you admire and how you have those same aspects within yourself.
If you’re encountering a lot of negative scenarios, ask yourself what within me still needs to be healed?
Ponder and contemplate it all.
There is no right or wrong answer - it’s about you learning more about you.
Also keep in mind with Mercury going direct today, it is a good day to think before you speak. Not everything needs to be a thing - somethings you can let slide or work through on your own.
