As we reflect on 2025, our hearts are full of gratitude. 💙

Thank you to our incredible staff, residents, vendors, volunteers, friends, and families who made this year so meaningful. Together, we celebrated milestones, supported one another, and continued to live out what it means to be caring people, caring for people every single day.

2025 was a great year for Eastern Healthcare Group, and we’re so excited for all that 2026 will bring. Here’s to continued growth, connection, and exceptional care in the year ahead.

Ending 2025 on a high note! This year, Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing in South Hill proudly joined the Eastern Healthcare Group family, and what an incredible way to close out the year. Twin Lakes was awarded Best Short-Term Rehabilitation and rated High Performing in Health Outcomes and Process.

This recognition reflects the dedication and heart of an amazing team who provide top-quality care and support every day. We’re so proud to have Twin Lakes as part of our Eastern family and can’t wait to see what we accomplish together in 2026! 💙

Convenience matters in life, and at Birchwood Park Rehabilitation and Nursing, we make it part of our care. With on-site dialysis and a dedicated memory care unit, we provide safe, supportive, and truly convenient care for our residents.

“Before I came to Birchwood Park, my husband used to drive me to and from dialysis. It was a real strain on him, coordinating the trips, waiting, and making sure I was comfortable. Now that dialysis is just steps away from my room, everything is easier. It’s convenient, efficient, and not such a task anymore. The time passes quickly, and I’m even able to read or do other activities during treatment. I truly appreciate how accessible and comfortable the process has become.”

We are feeling so grateful at Seven Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing today! A resident’s family created this heartfelt letter for our amazing team and even brought in snacks to show their appreciation. Moments like these remind us why we love what we do, caring for residents alongside such wonderful support from their families. Thank you for making our day extra special!

Did you know Star City Rehabilitation and Nursing specializes in Tracheostomy and Ventilator Care? We offer 50 ventilator beds, a Respiratory Therapist on-site 24/7, and ventilators designed for portability, so residents can enjoy increased mobility and outings. Our skilled team provides expert, compassionate care every step of the way!
