EASY & DELICIOUS semi-homemade meal hack! 😋

We are learning to cook for just two people and we had this as a brunch! You could easily double up and feed more people! It was 10/10!!!
I purchased the Kevin’s chicken and organic brown rice and quinoa at Aldi’s. I sauteed fresh veggies we picked up yesterday from Pappy Jack Farms along with their delicious home grown tomatoes. We added the Kevin’s chicken to the sauteed veggies and then put them over the brown rice and quinoa. I added two of our farm fresh chicken aggs with a side of fresh sliced tomatoes! It was so delicious! Happy cooking!

Mine and my husband’s current favorite breakfast! 😍
I shared a picture yesterday of a similar bowl. Any veggies you want sautéed (we used things like 🥦🫑🧅🧄🍅🍠🫜) a lot of these we used from a fresh pick up from Pappy Jack Farms. Today we added some left over air fried sweet potatoes and sun dried tomatoes in with our fresh veggies, along with organic whole grain brown rice and quinoa and our farm fresh eggs! 🍳It’s amazing! Happy Eating!
