New blog: Sudden Sharp Pain in the Wrist

Wrist pain is a common complaint, whether from an acute sports injury or too many hours logged at a keyboard. In fact, up to 1 in 5 adults* will experience sharp pain in their wrist at some point in their lives.

As we continue to celebrate Hand Therapy Week, we tapped the expertise of SportsMed Union City Hand & Upper Extremity Specialist and Certified Hand Therapist Rebecca Lieberman, OTR/L, CHT to learn more about the causes of, treatment options for, and ways to prevent wrist pain.
