I am so happy to be sharing this Abdominal Therapy (AT) work with my clients, and soon, others who may be curious to learn more about it.

I began studying AT in 2009, became certified as a Professional Practitioner in 2012; and now, I am thrilled to say that I completed my Educator Training in December, 2023.

Though it has taken me a while to share this, I am ready to put it out to the public to be on the lookout for Basics Classes to learn more about Abdominal Therapy, and how it can help your Digestive System, Reproductive System and so much more... I e. back pain, neck and shoulder pain, stress, trauma, incontinence, discomforts of pregnancy, post-partum depression... I will also teach you how to give yourself an abdominal massage that may help alleviate all kinds of symptoms you might be struggling with.

And... if you are simply wanting to experience this work on my table, I love this work, and will be very happy to assist you!!

I am very happy and excited to share my newly deepened re-connection to Abdominal Therapy as taught by Rosita Arvigo, in the lineage of Don Elijio Panti, and Miss Hortense Robinson.

I've just returned from an advanced, ATP+ (Abdominal Therapy Practitioner Plus) training with Rosita Arvigo (in photo below), Beth Pealer-Townsend , and Jen O'Hagan, which has completely ignited my synapses and deepened my understanding of this great work in a very profound way...

While I have been offering this work since 2012; specifically for Reproductive and Digestive health, pelvic pain, and for Pregnancy and Postpartum support, I have finally awakened to the importance of this work for overall health and wellness, including back pain, trauma, respiratory and cardiovascular health and so much more...

Upon returning home, I am seeing the impact this work is having on my clients ~ and cannot wait to share this very profound work with you!! 🌿💜🌀
