We had such a great Saturday morning group this past week! Our topic was focused on Winter Self Care! How can we care for ourselves during Michigan's Dark and Dreary Months!

Topics and discussions were around how to acknowledge what part of this season is difficult! We want to figure out where the stress/affect is coming from to then be able to do something about it! Check out the following slides for just a few of the tips on surviving winter that were discussed!
