Yesterday, our HR team joined nearly 400 professionals at the Detroit SHRM’s 4th annual Conference at The Westin Southfield‑Detroit. We walked away inspired by insights on today’s evolving workplace—from legal and labor‑law updates to best‑practice strategies shared by local experts.

🎃 We had a blast at our Trunk-or-Treat event last Thursday at our Madison Heights campus! It was such a joy to celebrate the season with our amazing clients and their families. 💙

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and to our dedicated team members who helped make this event, as well as our other trick-or-treating moments, so special. The smiles on everyone’s faces were priceless! 👻🍬

We offer paid training, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to help children with autism reach their full potential. One example: some kids struggle with getting their haircut. This month, we’re shining our Employee Spotlight on one of our amazing BCBAs — Sarah R.!

Sarah joined our team in June 2023 and brings over ten years of experience in the ABA field. Her journey into ABA began unexpectedly during her undergraduate studies, when she heard a BCBA share a heartfelt story about her career. Moved to tears, Sarah enrolled in an ABA Practicum program the very next day — and the rest is history!

When reflecting on her work, Sarah shared:
“I wouldn't trade any of my experiences for anything, as each client has brought so many memories that I will continue to cherish.”

Sarah’s compassion and dedication shine through in everything she does, making her an invaluable part of our team. 💙
