❄️Jingle Bell Run 2025 | Team Rehab Showing Up for a Great Cause ❤️❄️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered, participated, supported, and cheered us on at the Jingle Bell Run for the Arthritis Foundation this past Saturday at Lake St. Clair Metropark. Despite the frigid temperatures, our team showed up with energy, smiles, and a whole lot of heart.

Together, we exceeded our fundraising goal, shared plenty of laughs, and helped support critical arthritis research, advocacy, and education for the nearly 60 million people affected by arthritis nationwide.

Days like this remind us why we do what we do. Your commitment makes a real difference, and we’re proud to stand together for a cause that impacts so many of our patients, families, and communities.

Our CEO, Nick Weber, MSPT, ATC, presented Team Rehab’s AI scribing journey at this year’s APTA Private Practice conference, highlighting how thoughtful planning and a clinician-centered rollout helped us hit a 10 out of 10 on efficiency, adoption, and organizational impact.

Nick walked attendees through Team Rehab’s 2024–2025 implementation strategy—covering how we selected the right AI tool, prepared our teams, supported over 500 therapists through onboarding and training, and ultimately reached our highest compliance scores to date.

With nearly a decade of experience in orthopedics, occupational health, vestibular rehab, and dry needling, Dr. McMillan brings advanced clinical training and a true passion for patient-centered care. He has published research on balance and clinical outcomes and holds certifications in dry needling, McKenzie lumbar spine techniques, vestibular rehabilitation, and functional capacity evaluations.

Dr. McMillan is dedicated to partnering with the College Park community to help patients move better, recover faster, and reach their goals. We’re proud to have him leading our team and expanding high-quality care in the neighborhood.
