Happy Wednesday friends! My amazing friend Kodianne designed the DIAD official logo! Isn’t it incredible?!
I’m getting my website up this weekend and am designing tri folds/business cards! Let me know if you want any to pass along to your pregnant mamas OR have a business in Northern UT that you would like to put my advertisements up in!
I know I’m new at the doula game but I have a lot of good to offer and at incredible prices!

Mine was Littlest Pet Shop! I had over 60 of those babies 🤣😍😍

The bond between doula and client is such an incredibly special thing. A doula is, yes, a support person, but they can be so much more than that too! With my training and experience I provide 2 prenatal appointments, as well as postpartum appointments which can include cleaning and cooking meals to help ease the stress of mama/baby/partner/ etc.
I become lifelong friends with my clients and look forward to making even more in the future!!

Question of the day: Where is your ideal vacation?
Mine would be India or Thailland! ☀️

Hi friends! I’m so sorry I am the worst at keeping up and posting on my doula account 🤦🏼‍♀️ I need to be better to get my name out there! I have such amazing services and can help in so many ways, but I have such few clients. I would love to build my clientele up more, so if you can, PLEASE help share my name and my page!

Happy Sunday! Here’s a fun fact to get to know me!
I’ve been having severe back pain and chest pain for 2 months and after a trip to the ER and they found nothing, me and my mom have figured out I have a rib out of place 😂 sooo I have an appointment at the Chiro this week to pop it back in 😫lol my life is never boring. There is literally always something going on with me😜

Happy Hump day friends!
Here is a basic outline of what a doula is and what they do! Another element I would add to this list is; empower! Doulas are there for mom to support and guide, yes, but to also empower her! A doula helps release the inner strength a mother only can find through her birth experience!
