A lot of people have asked what I’ve been doing, so here’s a breakdown of what helped me lose this last 45 lbs:
• Weighing my food for accuracy
• Prioritizing protein and staying consistent with water
• Pilates 5x/week
• Prioritizing sleep and recovery
• Full hormone + insulin resistance panel to guide supplementation
• Recently adding a GLP-1 as part of my plan
Nothing extreme — just consistency, structure, and the right support.
This is the same approach I take with my patients — personalized and sustainable.
