Sunday movement at 5!!

BOGO again this weekend so bring a friend for free.

*this photo with my niece is one of my favorites.

We were camping at weldon springs and I had just found out I was pregnant with Althea.
Dylan and I went for a morning walk and saw this butterfly 🦋 coming out of its chrysalis.

It seems like no big deal when you read about it but it was a really special moment for me.
So grateful to have a photo for proof. Lol

Anyway, spring has sprung and it’s time for new life, to lean into your soul purpose and realign with your intuition.
Moving with intention helps this all happen.
