Brain fog isn’t normal.
I’ve been there.
I remember the days of extreme delayed responding —
my children asking me simple questions,
then asking again…
and then asking if I even heard them
because it took me so long to process what they said.
That isn’t “mom brain.”
That isn’t aging.
That isn’t normal.
Brain fog is a signal.
It’s what happens when the brain is under-fueled, over-inflamed, energetically dysregulated, or stuck in survival mode.
When mitochondria can’t produce enough ATP.
When blood sugar is unstable.
When inflammation and toxins interfere with neurotransmitters.
When the nervous system never gets out of fight-or-flight.
When the energy behind the chemistry is off.
