Ocean Meadow is a specialized memory care community located in the heart of Clinton, just moments from the harbor. We are privately owned, which fosters a unique, homelike atmosphere and extremely tight knit relationships between our team, residents, and their families. Ocean Meadow offers a 24/7 onsite nursing team and provides care for all stages of Alzheimer's and related dementias. Memory care specific programming is tailored to the individual needs, interests, and preferences of those that we are privileged to care for. We use recreation and laughter as a gateway to maintain physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing. We develop unique and creative programs as opportunities to create a sense of purpose.

As we set our sights on what 2026 has in store, Ocean Meadow would like to thank Deb, Kayla, Jeannine and Dayna for the action-packed and fun-filled holiday season we were treated to this year💙These ladies make magic happen every day! This time of year can be met with much heartache—families are coping with the reality that holiday traditions are inevitably changing as their loved one progresses with dementia. We still have so many sweet moments from the holiday season to share! ✨ The staff and resident gift exchange is one of our most joyous activities of the year. Every resident is chosen by a team member to be shopped for, and we come together to open these gifts as one big family—with presents being passed out by Mrs. Claus herself! Such sweet moments where residents feel special and seen 🎁 We hope you got everything you wished for this year!
