Sauna & Sound? Dreamy! It is official! Our sound baths in Tecumseh will now be at Sanaras Wellness Studio ! Two great options...a midweek reset on Wednesday, March 11th from 6:30pm-7:30pm. And on Sunday, March 22nd 5pm-6pm with be our Sound Bath & Sauna class where you'll enjoy an hour sound bath with the option to add on the All-Access hour after at a deeply discounted rate so you can move back-n-forth between the saunas, hot tub, cold plunge! Talk about ultimate relaxation!
