⭐Group Exercise Instructor Spotlight: Caitlin Mayfield⭐
Caitlin teaches Les Mills BodyPump, Total Body Fit, and Low Impact Aerobics at the Sampson YMCA. She has been part of the YMCA family for nearly three years. Caitlin loves working at the Y because it supports a healthy lifestyle, and the strong sense of community reminds her of her hometown🫂🏠
Her favorite workouts are HIIT classes because of the adrenaline and that they keep her on her feet! Caitlin has completed Spartan races, the Murph Challenge, and multiple half marathons. Outside the gym, she enjoys family game nights with her kids, especially playing UNO. Her go-to post-workout snacks are Perfect Bars and protein shakes🍫
