My name is Tamekia & my passion lies in helping you reach your mental health goals! Over the years, there have been so many stigmas surrounding mental health. The mind & body are often viewed as separate, however, mental & physical health are closely connected. Just as the quality of your physical health can affect your mental health, the same is true as it relates to your mental & physical health connections.

Through education & patient collaboration, I prescribe & manage medications to help better control presenting symptoms. In some cases, I educate patients on alternatives to medicine. I can also help you connect with therapists who can teach & provide you with lifelong skills & tools to help minimize and better control your psychiatric symptoms.

If you or someone you know is struggling with or suspect Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), I invite you to connect with me to complete a 1 hour evaluation. The evaluation allows me to better understand your diagnosis and to collaborate with you on creating a plan to help you reach your desired goals.
