We are so excited to announce that Dr. Mike Gowan has joined our team! Dr. Gowan is a native of Attala County and has over 30 years of veterinary experience, 15 of which was spent at the emergency clinic in Flowood. Dr. Gowan has a diverse background with vast experience in routine and more complex surgeries. He enjoys spending time with his family and pets, and enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, trying new restaurants with his wife, hunting, fishing and working in the yard. Faith and family are an integral part of who he is.

After 39 years at Huntcliff Veterinary Clinic, Carri Jones Chester is leaving the animal healthcare profession. Carri worked closely with Dr. Rodney Walker and staff as a veterinary technician taking care of countless pets and clients in our community. Her heartfelt devotion and genuine love for animals have been witnessed by all who have known her. Carri, we love you and will miss you so much! Huntcliff won't be quite the same without you.
