❄️🐴 Attention to anyone driving by my house:
Yes, every other horse is blanketed.
No, Luna is not.
And YES—I tried. Repeatedly. Last night and this morning. 😂

Miss “I Don’t Do Coats” made it very clear that winter blankets are offensive to her soul. So here she is… living her unbothered, -10° feral lifestyle by choice.

Just wanted to clear my name.😅

Our sweet (and slightly chaotic) golden girl is officially TWO today! 💛🐾

Daisy is the most loving soul — unless her dad walks in the room, then everyone becomes chopped liver🙄

She loves:
🧦 Carrying around your socks like prized treasures
😴 Taking naps… anywhere, anytime
🛏️ Tucking herself into our bed like the little princess she believes she is
🐦 Finding a good pigeon or two
🍽️ sitting at the kitchen table while you eat just in case you might give her a little something
🐶 And of course, being the best mama to her puppies

🌾✨ Happy 15th Birthday, Annie ✨🌾
Today we celebrate the mare who changed everything.

Fifteen years around the sun, and somehow she’s still teaching me every single day—about patience, softness, trust, and the quiet kind of strength that grows from surviving what should have broken you.

Annie came into my life as a rescue, shut down and unsure, carrying stories in her body that no one had ever listened to. Over the years she let me in—slowly, gently, in her own time. And watching her transform has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

She’s the heart of Wild Meadow Healing… the reminder that healing is not a straight line, that safety is built in small moments, and that connection can change everything.

So today we celebrate the mare with the wise eyes, the soft spirit, and the soul of a warrior wrapped in velvet.

Here’s to you, Annie.
To more sunny pasture days, more soft breaths on my shoulder, and more healing—for both of us.

🕊 🌺The most beautiful thing about bodywork is that it’s never just physical.
A horse releasing tension in their neck is often letting go of old stress.
A human releasing tension in their chest is often letting go of emotions they haven’t spoken aloud.

The body remembers everything — and it also knows how to let go.

Healing yourself or your pet feel their best isn’t selfish, it’s the least you deserve🫶🌺🌻

🌿 Wild Meadow Healing 🌿
Working with both horses and people continues to show me how similar we truly are.
We all hold tension… stories… emotions in our bodies.
We all soften when we finally feel safe.

Whether it’s a horse releasing a big breath or a person’s shoulders dropping for the first time all week, the body always tells the truth — and it always wants to heal.

I’m grateful to walk in both worlds… supporting the humans and the horses who are so often mirrors for one another. 🤍✨
