She has selflessly stepped in to assist in any area where help was needed. From serving as a Charge Nurse and Unit Manager to taking on responsibilities in Scheduling, Medical Records, and MDS, Shari’s willingness to go the extra mile shows her versatility and commitment to excellence. No matter the task, she approaches every role with a positive spirit and a strong sense of purpose.

She is deeply loved by residents, families, and coworkers alike, not only for her clinical skill and professionalism, but also for her warmth and compassion.
