At Skyline, we work with people with disabilities, but focus on their abilities and inclusion in the Clinton area communities. Skyline's Mission Statement of "Building Community, Supporting Choices" very succinctly summarizes our purpose and drives our daily activities. We utilize various services and strategies to make independence and community integration realistic goals for the individuals tha
t we serve. Skyline provides residential services to support people in living in their own community-based homes, employment services for those who want a meaningful job, day habilitation for those who want to socialize and learn additional skills and home health services for those with short- or long-term physical health care needs in their homes. Additionally, employment opportunities are available for many of them through our Production Facility, which is fully integrated with people with disabilities and those without a diagnosed disability. We work primarily with people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, but also serve those with brain injuries, mental health and other issues. The organization is a Medicare certified Home Health agency and accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, and VA Services.
It is crucial to Skyline that we do all we can to promote independence and provide opportunities for positive life changes.
