⚠️ Heat Advisory: Stay Safe in Extreme Temperatures

We are experiencing extreme heat over the next few days. Please take precautions to protect yourself while working or spending time outdoors.

Here are a few important reminders:

🌡️ Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty.

🧢 Take Breaks – Rest in shaded or air-conditioned areas as needed.

👕 Wear Appropriate Clothing – Lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing helps keep you cool.

☀️ Use Sunscreen – Apply SPF to prevent sunburn, especially if you’re working outside.

🚫 Avoid Overexertion – Pace yourself and watch for signs of heat exhaustion (dizziness, headache, nausea, or weakness).
