Clinton Human Services

Clinton Human Services To maximize the quality of life in our community by providing intervention and prevention programs for Clinton youth and families.

The Clinton Youth & Family Service Bureau was started in 1987 through the dedicated volunteer efforts of town Clinton youth and family services building residents and key school personnel. The initial town funding for the Bureau began in 1989, allowing for the hiring of a part-time coordinator. Today the Bureau’s staff consists of a full-time Director, Clinician, Program Coordinator, Prevention Sp

ecialist and a part-time Office Administrator. The majority of the Bureau’s funding comes from the town. Town funding, combined with state and federal grants, have allowed for the Bureau’s expansion of programming and staff. Partial funding is also provided by the State Department of Education and the Office of Policy and Management.

🌎 This Earth Day, let’s talk about something you might not think about: v**e waste.

Many e-cigarettes and v**e devices contain lithium batteries and hazardous chemicals—which means they should NOT be thrown in your regular trash or recycling.

The impact is bigger than most people realize:
➡️ Hundreds of thousands of v**es are discarded every day
➡️ Improper disposal can cause fires and release toxic materials into our environment
➡️ Schools and communities are increasingly burdened by v**e waste

As a community, we all play a role in protecting our environment and keeping Clinton safe and healthy 💚

✔️ Stay informed
✔️ Dispose of v**e products properly

Together, small actions can make a big difference—for our environment and for future generations.
