🦃 How to Lift a Turkey Without Lifting Yourself Into Pain

Thanksgiving is almost here — and while we love a good feast, this time of year can be tough on your back. Between heavy turkeys, marathon cooking sessions, and hours on your feet, your spine deserves a little gratitude too!

Here are a few ways to protect yourself this holiday:
🥧 Lift smart. Bend at your knees, not your waist. Use both hands when moving that turkey or casserole dish.
🧘‍♀️ Stretch before and after cooking. Your body needs a warm-up just like a workout.
🪑 Take breaks. Set a timer to sit, stretch, or walk every 30 minutes. (Your back — and your patience — will thank you.)
💪 Don’t skip your adjustment. A well-aligned spine and relaxed muscles make holiday prep so much easier.

Biggest mistakes I see our patients make that hinder their results👇

1. Consistency. They’re not wearing it every day. The results are cumulative.
2. Not getting enough water and protein. The patches aren’t magic. Make sure you’re fueling all the cells you’re regenerating. You can’t drive a car without putting gas in it right?
