Our punch cards are a popular choice with a lot of our clients as they are a cost-effective way to prioritize wellness, while also providing savings. Float room(s) build-out progress/update: We (my son and I) had a "Sunday funday" yesterday. He assisted me with the huge task of dismantling, moving, and re-setting up the ginormous Escape Pod Aphelion float tank to its new spot within the clinic. By the end of the day, we were both pretty much exhausted silly from manhandling that ginormous float tank, hence the silly video clip, (just add jack-in-the-box theme music to it🤣). Now that it is moved, I just need to hook up the pump/filter engine, fill it with h2o & 1000lbs of salt, do a test run to make sure everything works properly, and of course also build/erect the encloser room that goes around it.... But just getting this thing moved is indeed progress! We should be floating by the end of 2025! Oh, and more exciting news: I'm currently awaiting the delivery of my new Superior Float Tanks two-person deluxe float cabin!! As soon as its delivered, it will be installed as well!! ☺️ Happy Monday!

As promised, a few pics & video clips of people using the new Vibroacoustic Sound Bed at the clinic. Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) is a scientifically proven complementary treatment which uses low-frequency soundwaves (30 to 120hz) that pe*****te deep into the body's tissues, muscles, bones and organs. These therapeutic frequencies are delivered through specially designed equipment built within the sound bed itself, and when applied to the body (felt as vibrations) positively influence cellular behavior, nervous system function, and physiological processes. Vat should also not be used during pregnancy (without first consulting with your primary). Children should only use VAT under adult supervision.

Please note, the sound bed is currently set up in an open area of the clinic (made semi-private with use of room dividers), however, once the float room build-out is finished the sound bed itself will have its own private room as well. 😊

Exciting news! We now offer Vibroacoustic Therapy (it's like a sound bath immersion but on steroids x100!). The vibroacoustic sound bed was delivered and installed this past week. A few lucky clients, who got a free mini session to test it out, simply LOVED it. Vibroacoustic Therapy has medical backed evidence-based research for helping reduce/eliminate chronic pain, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, stress, insomnia/sleep disorders, and so much more (too many list). I'm so excited to be able to offer this service at the clinic. Vibroacoustic sound bed therapy will be bookable through the online booking system by Monday. I'll post more in-depth explanations, more pics, and video "reviews" of this amazing therapy over the next couple of days. 😊
