I'm forwarding this message from Jill the director at the massage school I work for. That bill we were fighting because it demeans the massage profession and lowers safety standards, well it passed. Now it before Govenor Cox to possibly Veto. We really need this Veto. If this passes into Law it will be devastating for the massage profession.

What I need you to do, is contact Jill Hilton as soon as possible and let her know if she can add your name and any others willing to add their names to this letter to Govenor Cox. Additionally, if you so choose, to write him a letter personally. I've included the info needed and attached the bill info.

“Is CBD legal?”

To answer this question, it’s not exactly straightforward.

While it’s true that CBD is legal in all 50 states, there are situations when it isn’t legal. The difference between legal and illegal typically depends on several important factors determined by the state in question. There is, however, one very important factor that is a crucial determinant across all states, and that is where the CBD is derived from–h**p or ma*****na.

The Difference Between CBD From H**p and Ma*****na

While most of us understand the difference between CBD isolate and full spectrum CBD, there is another less known, but very important difference when it comes to CBD legality:

If the CBD was derived from h**p or from ma*****na.

Now, ma*****na and h**p are both members of the cannabis family, so they do share a lot of characteristics. There is, however, a crucial difference between the two–the amount of psychoactive Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) each plant produces. While ma*****na can contain up to 30% THC, h**p contains no more than 0.3% THC. In other words, ma*****na can get you really high, while h**p has such a low amount of THC, that it would be impossible to get high off it.

Because h**p has no psychoactive effects, the law has no problem with it. H**p products are completely legal and available in all types of different industries and stores across America. Ma*****na, on the other hand, is much a different story. And this is why the source of a CBD product is crucial to its legality.

Unfortunately, I'm loosing my lease in Clearfield at 466 N Main in Patriot Plaza at the end of May 2018. If you have unused gift certificates or punch card uses, they must be redeemed by the end of May. I will still be able to do limited onsite massages, such as your home after that date.
