🌱 Growth happens when support is right where you are. That’s why at Bridgeview, our licensed therapists co-locate in schools so we’re embedded in the same hallways where your child learns, laughs, and sometimes struggles.

We’ll work together with school staff and families to build resilience, handle stress, and give kids concrete tools to thrive.

Want to see if your child’s school has a Bridgeview therapist? You can visit https://www.bvcmhc.org/school-based-therapy to learn more.

You don’t need to earn your worth.
You don’t need to be louder, happier, or more productive.

Being seen means someone notices you as you are.
Being valued means you matter, even on the quiet, messy, “I’m doing my best” days.

If you’ve ever felt invisible, this is your reminder:
👉 Your feelings are real
👉 Your presence counts
👉 You belong here

And if you’re the one doing the seeing, keep going. It changes lives more than you know. 💙
Visit www.bvcmhc.org to learn more about Bridgeview's services or call (563) 243-5633 to schedule an appointment.

Last night’s loss in the Quad Cities is heartbreaking. 💔 We’re grateful to The Gray Matters Collective for sharing this message and holding space for our community during such a heartbreaking moment.

Loss like this reminds us how important it is to talk openly about mental health, and to check in on one another, even when it feels uncomfortable. Being seen, being heard, and being supported can truly save lives.

New year, same you, and that’s not a bad thing. 💛
January comes with a lot of pressure to fix everything. New habits. New mindset.

But mental health doesn’t run on a calendar. Growth can look like resting. Healing can look like asking for help. Progress can be as small as getting through the day.

This year, we’re choosing realistic goals, self-compassion, and support over perfection. If your resolution is simply to take better care of your mental health, you’re already doing enough.

You don’t have to do it alone. We’re here! 🧠💬 You can learn more about the mental health services we provide at www.bvcmhc.org
