Just because you can do more doesn't always mean you should. đStress can lead to a decrease in energy, trouble concentrating, and a change in appetite. Physical symptoms could be headache, body aches, or stomach problems. Stress can also cause feelings of fear, anger, numbness, and worry.
You can help boost your mental health and decrease stress by going on a walk, journaling, talking to a close friend, and getting more sleep.
