Did you know Bridgeview brings licensed therapists into local schools across Clinton, Scott, and Jackson counties? We're talking real-time support, right in the hallways where kids spend their days. 🏫

💙 Our skilled therapists collaborate with teachers, parents, and students to help youth develop healthy coping skills, manage stress, and express their emotions in safe, constructive ways.

🟦 A Year of Care. A Year of Community.
Bridgeview is proud to share our Impact Report, highlighting the impact our mental health team made alongside Bethany for Children & Families this past year.

Every service delivered, every person supported, and every step toward healing reflects our mission: making mental health care accessible, compassionate, and close to home.

Bridgeview continued to expand vital services including therapy, crisis support, case management, and community-based care—meeting people where they are and walking with them through every chapter of their journey.

We’re grateful for the trust our community places in us. Your support makes this work possible, and together, we’re building a healthier future for everyone who calls Clinton home.

The holidays can be meaningful and joyful, but they can also bring pressure, full schedules, and emotional strain. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone.

A few gentle reminders as the season picks up:
🌿 Take a pause when you need it: Even a minute of slow, deep breathing can help your body reset.
🎁 Let go of perfection: Traditions don’t have to be flawless to be meaningful.
🧣 Honor your limits: It’s okay to say no, set boundaries, and protect your well-being.
💬 Reach out for support: Talking with someone who understands can make a big difference.

Bridgeview is here to support you through the season with mental health resources and services that prioritize your well-being. Call us at (563) 243-5633 to make an appointment.

Shorter days, colder weather, and disrupted routines can all make low moods feel even heavier. If you’re noticing your motivation slipping or feeling more down than usual, it’s okay and there are ways to care for yourself during this season.

Here are a few approaches that can help:
🌤️ Seek out natural light: Open curtains, sit near windows, or get outside briefly during daylight. Even 10–15 minutes can support your mood.
🏃‍♀️ Move gently and regularly: Light activity (like stretching, walking, or indoor exercises) boosts energy and reduces symptoms of depression.
📅 Keep a steady routine: Consistent sleep and daily structure can help anchor your mind when the days feel long and heavy.
💬 Stay connected: Reaching out to a friend, family member, or professional can make a meaningful difference.
✨ Know when to get support: If symptoms feel persistent or start affecting daily life, Bridgeview is here to help.

Your mental health matters in every season!

Starting January 2, 2026, we’re introducing Just in Time. Instead of booking months in advance, you’ll now call when you’re ready, and we’ll schedule your appointment within 3 to 5 calendar days.
This new system helps us stay flexible, client-friendly, and ensures more people can get the care they need when they need it most. 💚
A few reminders:
-Missed appointments without notice will require a walk-in visit.
-Medication refills will only be available after you’ve completed your follow-up appointment.
-Walk-in appointments for medication continuation will be available Monday–Thursday, 4:30–5:00 p.m.
Thank you for your patience as we make this change!
