It's Random Acts of Kindness Day! You can help spread a little bit of positivity by doing a small act of kindness, like checking in on a friend, writing someone a small note, or taking a walk to enjoy this nice weather. 💚🌱

Small acts of kindness help people feel seen and appreciated, but it also helps your mental wellbeing. 🧠When you spread kindness, it helps reduce stress, loneliness, and anger. Here at Bridgeview, we help you improve your mental well-being with mental health therapy. You can learn more about therapy at www.bvcmhc.org

Life gets heavy. Stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, but none of it means you’re failing. It means you’re human.

Early support makes a difference. Research shows that timely mental health care can improve outcomes and overall well-being. You don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming. Try journaling, taking a walk, or talking with a close friend to help you relieve stress and anxiety.

Bridgeview provides counseling and mental health support for children, adults, and families in our community. Take the first step, and we’ll walk the rest with you. www.bvcmhc.org or call (563) 243-5633 to make an appointment.

Eating disorders aren’t about food. They’re about pain, control, fear, shame, and trying to survive something that feels overwhelming.
And they’re more common than most people realize.

If you or someone you love is struggling, you are not alone.

At Bridgeview, our mental health team provides compassionate, judgment-free support to help individuals and families move toward healing at their own pace. Recovery isn’t linear. But it is possible.

At Bridgeview, we have licensed therapists who are in schools, so we’re in the same hallways where your child learns, laughs, and sometimes struggles. Our therapists work with the schools and teachers to help students handle stress and talk about their feelings while giving them the tools they need to thrive. 🧠🏫

Want to see if your child’s school has a Bridgeview therapist? You can visit https://www.bvcmhc.org/school-based-therapy or call (563) 243-5633 to learn more.
