Clive Behavioral Health is proud to welcome Holly Doherty, MBA, as our new Chief Executive Officer! Holly brings more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, risk management, quality assurance, case management and social work. Before joining Clive Behavioral Health, she served as CEO of Mayhill Hospital in Denton, TX, for four years.
Her career began in her home state of Ohio as a social worker and has included key administrative roles in behavioral health hospitals across Texas, work with the Texas Health and Human Services Department and a brief tenure as Risk Management Director in Utah before returning to Texas.
“I’m proud of my over 30 years working in the mental health field,” Holly shared. “I’m excited to be in Iowa, learn about this community and help people facing mental health challenges.”
Holly holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Capital University in Columbus, OH and an MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, OH. Welcome, Holly! We’re thrilled to have you leading our team.

Your new resource for behavioral health services in Central Iowa
To address the growing need for accessible, high-quality behavioral healthcare in Central Iowa, Clive Behavioral Health will offer a broad range of treatment for children, adolescents and adults. Our vision is to provide family-centered care that helps patients achieve a brighter future.
The new 100-bed facility spans more than 83,000 square-feet, with a one-story area for clinical and support services and a three-story unit for inpatient and outpatient services. We plan to welcome patients into a network of care by partnering with academic, regional and community-based entities.
