This October, I'm reflecting on the ancestral threads that weave through my work as a healer, and I want to share something deeply personal with you.

I am of Visayan and Kinaray-a lineage from the Philippines. My healing practice—whether it's Reiki, tarot, animal healing, or energetic cleansing—is not separate from my ancestry. It *is* my ancestry, remembered and honored.

I've written a gentle guide to Filipino psychic, healing, and shamanic traditions—exploring the babaylan, hilot, herbal medicine, divination practices like tawas, and the sacred relationship between spirit, body, and land. This isn't about exoticizing or appropriating. It's about remembering, reciprocity, and respect.
