Zen Zone was born in a season of rebuilding—

🌿 Why the Change?
Zen Zone was never just a business.
It was my lifeline.

I created it during one of the hardest seasons of my life—when everything in me was unraveling, and I was desperate to build something that felt safe, steady, and mine. Zen Zone became that place.
For me.
For so many of you.
It gave me purpose. It gave me peace.
It gave me a chance to begin again.

But healing doesn’t end where it begins.

In these last few years, I’ve grown in ways I never expected. I’ve studied Ayurveda, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation. I’ve lived through more cycles of breaking and rebuilding than I can count.

And what I know now is this:
We don’t heal by numbing, or shrinking, or staying in what once felt safe.
We heal by rooting into who we are now—
and rising toward what we’re becoming.

Root & Rise is the name that came to me when I stopped surviving and started truly listening. I have been looking forward to sharing it with you.

This shift is more than a rebrand.
It's a reflection of the deeper work I’m being called to do.
It's space where massage, stillness, Ayurvedic care, and nervous system healing come together to support not just your body—but your whole being.
