Big changes keep coming and it seems all for the better around here. Please help me give a warm welcome to the extra padded hydraulic table with built in heater! This investment in client experience really makes a world of difference. Will you book a session for selfcare or buy a giftcard for a loved one? Due to the new table, all stretch based Thai on the mat sessions will now be done on the table as seen in the videos below. So excited to have the new location now full of excellent therapists and to introduce you all to them with an open house in exactly a month. I remember very clearly the first time I was told "If you build it, they will come." It felt foundational and since then I wondered what I would do to prove that with my own labors. Delighted to see it coming together this way and to continue building for our community with some truly incredible women.

Making a difference is what the goal has always been, but I don’t usually speak directly to that. Rather, I work around it seeking the best path to results making sure it’s their goal to grow and not just my goal for them. This candle was a beautiful sentiment from a client, acknowledging their gratitude for their growth and the part I played as a “difference maker”. We can all make a difference together if we keep going and growing!
