Ever wonder about Graston? Not every treatment will look like this. I have been fighting a very angry trigger point and this morning at the gym it really flared up. Quick treatment tells me how bad it is. It will look gnarly for a few days but healing is occurring.

Food scarcity is real! But so is kindness, hope, and sense of community! 💚💜Align Right Chiropractic currently has a drop off box for Clive Community Services. You do not have to be a resident of Clive to utilize their services. They offer a food pantry, clothing closet, free medical clinic, just to name a few! We will be collecting non-perishable food items and other non-food items. If you are able, and feel so inclined, we would love you to help fill this donation box!

Table is on the fritz. Thankfully, my husband came to look at it. Waiting for some parts but hoping we can keep using it until the parts arrive. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 If not, I'll just be using the other table.

This kid is wise beyond his years! Pooping is important! And if you struggle, prune juice can help. Making sure you drink plenty of water and eating foods rich in fiber will also help.
