Your Delta Health team brushed up on their CPR skills this morning with Adam Novak at Better Together CPR!

As a local paramedic, he understands the importance of bystanders feeling comfortable and confident when initiating CPR to further increase the likelihood for survival in those suffering from cardiac arrest. We even had him pull out our AED and show us exactly how our version operated as we know that the availability to this equipment can improve chances of survival even more.

While this was extremely beneficial and informative for our team in healthcare, you also have to know that there were plenty of laughs, inappropriate jokes, and a great way to bond.

Pediatric chiropractic is gentle, safe, and effective at assisting in trauma processing in infants after birth.

Regardless if your birth story was “fine” or not, birth is traumatic. Not only for mom, but for babe as well. If we can address the trauma from the start, we have a happy and healthier infant that grows into a happy and healthy child.

Even if doctors say that the baby will be fine after the bruising goes away. Be like this mom and get them taken care of.
