Help us with our Food Drive! For the months of November and December we are collecting food and donations to help stock the shelves of a local food pantry. We need your help! Drop off food or money for us to turn into food at our clinic over the next two months and let's make a difference right in our own backyard. The food banks are struggling right now and need our help. -

Meet Dr. Devon.

We’re excited to announce he will be joining us this coming January!

We have known this guy for a long time. He and his family have been patients for over 10 years. He found his passion for chiropractic partially through his experience in our clinic. He flew the coupe for a few years and date brought us back together again now.

We get a lot of questions about kids and why they get adjusted. Sometimes it's for an injury but many times it has nothing to do with pain. It has to do with function.

That's why Blair has been a monthly visitor to Delta. He's an active dude. He plays about any sport you can play and he plays hard. That' means his body takes a beating. And yes, even a kid's body gets beat up with a lot of activity. Not just your old body!

His parents have been practice members for years and understand the importance of things working correctly for health and performance reasons.

Tomorrow Blair has his championship flag football game and he wanted to be playing at his best. That's why he's here. That's why his parents make the sacrifices to make sure he is here.

We thank all the parents who trust us with their kid's health. We know how much it means.

Only at Delta do you get a massage therapist that doubles as a gangster of an IT specialist.

Long story short, our X-ray system operating computer crashed last week and he has single-handedly rebuilt things. We are almost fully operational now and Joey deserves a ton of credit and thanks for it.

The next time you get a massage from him make sure to give him a high-five for his IT mastery that saved the day!

We had a great time being part of Krave Gym More Than Pink 5k this morning!

This morning honored those who have survived but also lost their battle to cancer. We run for those who can’t and raise money to fund the continued research in pursuit of ending cancer. 🤍

Meet Sharon. She hurts a lot. She’s hasn’t been able to sleep much. She can barely put on her pants and shoes. Life is hard and has been for over a year now.

She’s been to provider after provider looking for an ounce of relief.

We don’t offer much here when you really look at it. We will either adjust you or give you a massage. That’s it. (Plus so good quality supplements from Dr. Rachel when you need them😉)

On her first visit Sharon got off the table 3min after she got on and instantly noticed a difference. She could walk almost normal for the first time in months.

She came back a few days later and was amazed at how something so simple could have such an impact so quick.

In this day and age, we think fancier or more complex means better. It doesn’t. Many times it’s the simple things. The time tested things that really work. Chiropractic is one of those. We aren’t changing your body. We’re working with it to help it do what it already wants to do. It just got to rusty to do it on its own.

Don’t forget the simple things and how much they can help you. Eat well, move more, get rest, get adjusted. It’s not that hard.
