I'm excited for my upcoming continuing education classes I'll be taking in the next few months!

🌟 February- Passive Movement- techniques where I move parts of the body, like your arms and legs, while you're in a relaxed state, using your natural range of motion. This is something I already do just a little bit, but excited to expand those techniques!

🌟 April- Chakra Healing Massage- using energy work throughout my massage to help balance your body's 7 Chakras (energy centers). This focused attention to those areas is aimed to help clear blockages and encourage balanced energy flow throughout your body. In turn it will relax the body and calm the mind. This is something that I've always wanted to learn to incorporate in my massage!

🌟 May- Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage- deepening my knowledge of the Lymphatic system and how including fascia/connective tissue release can be used to ease the flow of the lymph fluid. These techniques are designed to reduce swelling/fluid retention; improve immune function, decrease inflammation; support detoxification; and, enhance tissue mobility.
