I promise… reiki isn’t like that 😂
Reiki is a gentle stress reduction technique that helps calm the nervous system, creating space for the body to shift out of survival and into healing.
When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, everything feels harder: rest, decision-making, emotional clarity, even breathing fully.
Most of the time we don’t realize that we are beyond heightened everyday…. Until you give yourself the time and permission to fully deregulate.
Reiki creates a calm space where your body feels safe enough to soften, release tension, and begin to unwind.
It’s not always about guidance and messages… we can all want that so badly. A major part of the work I do with my clients is allowing their system to calm to they can listen to their own intuition. Be thier own guidance.
The answers are always within you…. You just have to be calm and trusting in yourself enough to listen 💜
