Tomorrow, Thursday join us for Vinyasa Flow at 10am. Friday Wall Yin at 10am and Thai Yoga bodywork 60 or 90 minute session available at Noon. Saturday Vinyasa flow at 10am and Yin at 11:30am. Sunday 10am Restorative w/Thai yoga. The studio is closed Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I hope you enjoy your time in the mountains. 🧘‍♀️⛰️💆🏼‍♀️
